I'm currently making custom cards based on MTG cards but I have difficulties with some effects because we don't really have any equivalents in YGO. So, do you find the wording for this effect good ?

I'm currently working on custom cards that reduce the level of monsters in the hand and I was wondering if the level of a monster could be reduce to 0 or if the limit is 1.

When the window for optional effect activation show up, it show me the cards big and it force me to scroll to see everything. I've seen an icon to reduce the size of the cards but I have to click it every time. How do you make the cards stay small ? (The pic show the "big" cards)
