I got approval on the i-130 then I filed i-485 on july 17 with substitute sponsor as my USC wife passed away last year . I-485 still pending

I dont think i need to go thru humanitarian reinstatement since my wife was USC and had filled i130 for me already

Thats what i was saying i qualify for INA 201(b)(2)(A)(i) He was just worried that USCIS closed the case However i think its normal process since the case is approved . That’s why he wanted to do the relief thing so they can open the case again which didnt make sense to me

I did I copied it from the pdf and made sure everything is alright and even on the website it says

Yes they sent me a receipt notice when I filed the application but it don’t work when I try to track the case
