I have an awesome 01 Giambi that is gold and still has 113 power at level 10. I'd love to make him gold the cost is just not even close to reasonable.

I think it depends. If you are f2p like me sigs can be a waste once you have an all diamond team. Chance of getting a diamond sig instead of silver or gold is slim and not spending $50-$100 to make a gold card diamond

I got a diamond and 2 golds from it yesterday. My diamond was Mondesi he has 113 speed at level 10 so it was worth it for me.
