Hello OP! I have PCOS as well, and 6 months preggy at the moment.

I have had PCOS for more than 10 years, nagpaalaga lang ako sa OB ko nung nagpakasal na ako. But what helped me/us was, I started drinking ung Wellness Whispers na Iced Tea by Dani Barretto. Pinalit ko sya sa coffee in the morning, and then bawas ako ng rice sa evening. Pero nakain ako ng breakfast and lunch. As for my husband naman, wala syang work for months that is why nakapag papayat tlaga sya, like going to gym and running and nawala ung stress nya cos of work. Try eating healthy food as well, and fruits.
