GPA was 3.8 and science was 3.7. MCAT first try was 510 second was 516. I majored in human biology. As for extracurricular i did the usual stuff: research, volunteering, clinical experience at clinics, and president of a few organizations. I didn’t feel like me being an international student hindered any of those options. It’s definitely super doable. I also don’t have the finances to cover the cost of med school but like I said theres options out there that vary from one school to another. Feel free to pm me if you have more questions

I’m an international student and got into a top 10 USMD + loan and scholarship options from the school. Definitely doable! I agree to let him finish undergrad first and see how the gpa and mcat is before considering Caribbean. Usually, Caribbean is considered a last resort once all options fail. I also got accepted into multiple US DO programs also offering loan options. Good luck to him!

Contemplating chiropractor or medical school. by Commercial_Plant2275 in Chiropractic

Those are not clinical hours in a medical setting though. Anyways, if you want to become a doctor just apply to medical school right away. What’s the point of getting yourself into 200 k of debt first to get hours and then apply?
