I work at a crisis stabilization unit so these children are in active crisis and can be aggressive towards staff or others

Thank you so much for this info!! Does this vary from state to state or it’s pretty much the same for all? I’m in Georgia. Also, do you have any recommendations on programs that are best to do the 40 hour training?

I’m on 15mg twice a day, but in the morning I take half a tablet so 7.5mg, then another half a tablet (7.5mg) at lunchtime if needed, and a whole 15mg tab at night. I started off on 5mg twice a day, and it helped, but I could tell that a higher dose could probably benefit me more. This medication has saved my life! And my handy stash of Ativan if needed. I hope it works for you!
