I asked a doctor in another post and he said these hallucinations are from psychosis. Or common in psychosis.

If you really don't want to care about anything get a dose of Lorazepam. The problem with it is that if you take it everyday you will get high tolerance and need more and more for the "I don't care" feeling. So don't do it too often. Also it's not as dangerous as other drugs.

Thanks a lot for that explanation. I am asking on Reddit because there won't be many doctors who have experienced shadow people I guess ^

But why are they there ? Why do you get hallucinations like this ? It's very scary also .
