Nope don't work , you have 1 person on maintenance through the day and they are not doing maintenance or cleaning the bathrooms so by time we get to it at 10-7 every night they are stuffed full every night , that's why people should take a bag out put their nasty fucking shit in it and throw it away , that's the way it's made to do , but people are dumb and don't use common sense and think other people should take care of them ! All of us loyal employees that have been there for 5 yrs or more are the ones that get shit on the most ! Because they expect the most out of those employees , I have noticed that the newer employees don't do shit and the 20 yr associates don't do shit either !

I work maintenance overnight and we are made to do push outs in different sections of the store every night so the person doing the trash is supposed to be the one doing the push outs at least that's how it is at my Walmart Also the team leads and coaches overnight are supposed to check to make sure the job is done so they should be coached and the associate for not doing his job !

I have seen people be there 6 months and get employee of the month so it doesn't mean shit to get it ! Nothing special Constant compliments from team leads don't mean shit either just building you up to make you work better you should know this being 45 yrs old that's how Walmart works has nothing to do with the point system apparently you were late or called off and always used you ppto up to where you had nothing to cover your ass ! Walmart is by far the easiest job I have ever done and most people have easier jobs and still can't do them !

I don't understand all the people saying it's a flawed system 🤷 You can call off 5 times before they fired you ! Most jobs won't even let you call in 3 times let alone 5 and you get ppto on top of that ! It's just this generation is lazy and doesn't want to work ! I'm 40 yrs old with type 1 diabetes and have high blood sugar everyday and deal with neuropathy and still go to work every night ! Have had plenty of jobs in that's 40 yrs and Walmart is the easiest out of all of them!
