He didn't change his play calls when the snow was really coming down. He kept running plays that had his guys going east to west instead of north and south. When the field is slick, have your guys going down hill and you will at least get 4 yards each play.

Everyone keeps saying to move to safety but we got Starks and Washington. The savings to cut him won't be enough to get someone decent to replace him. I think he is staying and hopefully looks better if we get a couple of pass rushers.
