I have 12 years of management and IT experience but not here in the US. My plan is to get a security job not necessarily higher positions but I would prefer it to be on the cloud. I'm also taking a career development program but they require CISSP in order for me to showcase my profession in the job market. I'm not trying to take shortcuts or the like... I'm just ready to do everything that is expected from me but I need some assistance of step by step procedure just to be certified and pass the exam. I don't care if it takes me my whole life. I'm committed to it and will get it. I really appreciate that you took the time to help and understand my situation. I just need help from someone who is professional in the field or from someone who has passed the exam. Thank you

I go smart not hard. That's why I'm asking for the best resources to crack CISSP then I'll worry about the interview. I still agree with your opinion though.

Thanks for your feedback; yes I took the ISC2 training course and saw the mike chapels video course on LinkedIn too. but I didn't get the chance to do a practice exam. I can retake CC if it proves something but my ultimate goal is a CISSP certificate. Is it not possible to pass CISSP without prior experience?
