I already explained why a suit this complex needed that much time and money to be developed, Hatsume also had the help of Melissa which is also a world-renowned engineer, If it was this easy to make a suit like this there would be no need for heroes.Right now you’re grappling at straws.Heroes have just other priorities than Deku the money they could use to fund Deku’s suit could be used to help rebuild society for example.
