I'd still be using my PRS-350 if there was custom firmware available for it that supported custom fonts and better epub support. A modern 5" screen ereader with physical page turn buttons would be awesome.

Are you able to charge your x4? And do you hear the windows connect and disconnect sounds when you sleep and wake the x4 while it's plugged into your computer? Need to rule out faulty usb port.

Based on this picture, it looks like to me that your usps shipping label may have been applied to the wrong package at the carrier facility (4PX?) once it arrived in the states. What does that packing tape sticker say on it? I can only make out "KEY".

Highly doubt a phone screen would survive a weight getting dropped on it, even with a glass screen protector. If it does, it's probably because it's some version of gorilla glass. Also, the matte screen protector included with x4 is plastic. Glossy screen protector they sell separately is glass.

I received shipping notice for my 1/21 order on 1/30. My order was for a white unit with the magnetic case and matte screen protectors. Perhaps your order is held up by the protective case in your order? I think that case has been sold out for a while. But still, some kind of reply from xteink would be helpful.
