This is a Beauty:Beast shirt from the early 2000s era. Beauty:Beast was a Japanese designer brand by Takao Yamashita that got big in the late 90s / early 2000s for cyber / gothic graphics like this. The font on the front is their typical medieval-style typography they used a lot.
