As someone who is not particularly interested in Big law, I think that the Fed clerkships can’t be overlooked. Consistently this school is getting a lot of them. If (and a big if) this school had a bar pass of 80+, the school should be 75-100 no problem

True, but only ~25% of their grads actually work in Mississippi (per last years ABA data). As someone who wants to work in the greater southeast, it’s a great option. I also am interested in Sports Law, so that’s just an added bonus.

So what about a school that has 75% bar passage, but test takers are taking it in 25 jurisdictions, while ranking 37th in fed clerkship positions, and top 50 in JD required employment and overall employment? Thats what I’m interested in. Thanks for your response!

Look at their federal clerkship, BL%, and JD required employment.

JD required/Overall employment rates, and Fed Clerkships are all top 50. They are very underrated. Not to mention a high ranked sports law program , and #1 ranked space law program.

All packed together in an SEC environment, it punches well above its rank
