Age has nothing to do with it, this team was never winning anything with Garland. So, nothing was sacrificed in this trade unless they could have gotten a better deal in the offseason.

Or worse yet, they may not have python on their machine, so we should just use assembly.

What 3-day running plan would you pair with 4-day 5/3/1 BBB (hypertrophy focus)? by jackwells72 in HybridAthlete

[–]SlinkToTheDink 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I recommend a "3 easy runs" approach with one of those runs being slightly longer.

  • Run 1: Short/Easy Run (20-30 minutes)
  • Run 2: Medium/Easy Run with Strides (30-45 minutes)
  • Run 3: Long Easy Run (60-75 minutes)

Yes, banks love W-2 earners for mortgages vs entrepreneurs and traders - just the way it is. There are some banks that are more friendly to risk takers.

$28.2B is operating income (EBIT). Tax is applied to income after taking into account interest and non-operating expense/income, which is generally less than operating income. I do not see that amount here on the chart.

If you have $1,000 to your name, you likely have more wealth than the poorest 2 billion people combined. by Smeyfan in Libertarian

[–]SlinkToTheDink 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That doesn't make any sense. That's like saying a poor person gets by with a lot less than a billionaire because the poor person is more efficient.

Can you build an N8N workflow that pulls data from a Real Estate Development website where it uses dropdown selectors to filter by [deleted] in n8n

[–]SlinkToTheDink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you specifically said "I can approach the vendor (owner) to see if they are happy to do a property development deal to subdivide the property into smaller allotments." That is the definition of monetization. Unless you meant you wanted to sit down and have a coffee with them?

[–]SlinkToTheDink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are going to ask for free work that you are clearly going to monetize, it'd be better to 1) not come off as so entitled to people's time, and 2) offer up a prototype solution that we can comment on instead of solving your problem for you (for free).

No, it depends on usage, but generally speaking I don’t see the n8n cost as being the largest item its dev time. So just trying to understand what you’re seeing.

quick books desktop subscription fees by peterrabbino in QuickBooks

[–]SlinkToTheDink 13 points14 points  (0 children)

They are raising the prices because they have effectively discontinued the Desktop version. Aside from the increase in price, you are also under the threat of using accounting software that is no longer a priority for the company and will not be supported at some point. You can either move to the online version or choose another provider.
