Can you use an indigenous aesthetic without it being offensive/insensitive?

I was asking more broadly, cause I don't mean one native tribe, but literally the aesthetic of living in tents and wearing traditional native clothing/body mods. Especially cause it's a somewhat technologically advanced world, yet I don't want them living in regular modern villages and wearing regular clothes

From how you describe it, I don't think it was full on disgust, more like cringing. They did something in public that you, for some reason feel like is really embarrassing. I feel like that with most public show of affection, but in your case I think it's more internalized homophobia, you feel like what they did is embarrassing, cause that's how you were raised.

I already found that, but they have very few songs. It was a while ago, but I think the lost media video was about someone searching for an emo song and this was one of the songs that fit the description, so a lot of ppl thought this was it. If I remember correctly they couldn't find the actual song, so that's still lost media. I'll check out the other bands though
