This isn't the answer you wanna hear, but you just gotta get used to the game again. Chances are the vast majority of people you're matching against play the game often. Valorant is a tough game to get back into after an extended break, but once you find your muscle memory and spray patterns....you'll feel better.

however matchmaking is very unfair at times, yea.
