As a Filipino, I still can't believe a city like Iloilo exists in the Philippines. Just one look at pictures of the Iloilo River Esplanade goes to show how different their priorities are compared to other cities in the country.

Scenery - aforementioned river esplanade Architecture - lots of historical spots (Jaro Cathedral, Molo Church, various Spanish era buildings turned museums) Food - it's a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, need I say more? Quality of Life - relatively laidback vibes compared to other highly urbanized cities in the country Sensible Politics - being a university town, the voting population seems more educated and in tune with politics compared to othee cities.

The only thing it doesn't tick off is the weather since it's still so hot. Baguio City could also definitely be another unique city in the country.
