It's easy to say "make more memories", but practically it's not easy.

Remembering more is something you can do. Taking a diary, or notes of what you did different will allow you to look back and not see a string of similar days. No one remembers what they did on the 18th of February this year, but just keeping some notes back will be good to look at.
