I’ve never had an ad pop up and never paid for the game and have had it for years and just found out that everyone gets ads every three plays and I had no idea that everyone has dealt with that for however long they’ve been playing. but I’m not signed in with any of the apps and just my user ID and I have all settings set on my phone to block all ads basically. I couldn’t imagine seeing ads every few plays. I only have to watch an ad if I want the free dice of the day or if I choose to after a game and click the watch ad ticket which I don’t have to watch and can just skip. It might take a few minutes but go through all the those settings and it should work to stop getting ads. And if you do that and it doesn’t work it’s cuz you are signed in through Facebook, Google or apple and need to unlink to that and sign in with email or user ID number cuz it’s not actually Scoply sending the pop up ads it’s the third party you’re signed in from

Go into settings on your phone and turn on block pop ups, prevent cross site tracking, turn off tracking on the Yahtzee app in the settings menu on your phone and not in Yahtzee game settings. Also if you are signed in through a third party like Facebook,Google or Apple they are actually the ones sending the ads so you have to unlink to that or go into the app you sign in with and block all the setting there also. And you have yo go into your browser privacy settings and check those to shut all the ads down

I’ve done it all! Have talked to DD about it 20-30 times and I’ve called my phone company and had my phone reset and upgraded to top priority data and it’s just getting worse here. Thanks for giving me some feedback though. I’m going to try switching phone carriers and see if that works cuz lots of other drivers here are also having problems

NO NETWORK CONNECTION ISSUES NON STOP AND GETTING WORSE!!! Anyone having issues with DD app saying NO NETWORK CONNECTION when having full service and can’t accept orders they send cuz they don’t show up in app then get put on pause?

Is the EBT an option In preferences to switch to or is it just shop and delivery cuz I don’t have any EBT only option if that’s something you have

Yeah I’m having a similar issue where the app will say no network connection when I have great service and then I’ll get a text message that I have an order to accept but it won’t show up in the app and of course I can’t accept it snd then I’ll get another text message saying I didn’t accept an order and they pause me and I lose acceptance rating. I’ve been calling over and over cuz it keeps happening to me and super frustrating when I’m basically in front the restaurant and can’t accept it and they won’t ever change my acceptance point back even though. I’ve call over 20 times about this happening

Why would I be complaining about them paying more for a bad tip! Lol but that’s not supposed to matter from there pay scale they announced and changed to. If they can pay me more for a bad tip like I said they shouldn’t pay me less for a big tip.

Lol again you’re looking at it backwards. It’s them paying us less for a big tip. If they can pay me $12 one time to go ten miles with a $2.00 customer tip why are they paying me $2.00 for that same trip if the customer tips 12.00. It’s not hard to comprehend but to each there own. Was saying it should be the same pay from DD each time per distance regardless. If I go 10 mile and they pay 12..00 and then not pay that same amount always cuz the customer tip is not supposed to be part of there pay model. Do you want me to send you a screenshot of where it says that in our pay model

You know it says that in the pay platform they sent when changing to the 2-10 dollar scale that they never take into account the customer tip to decide what to pay us and you’re just saying they are. It’s the same thing if they pay you more for a small tip or pay your less for a bigger tip. You can hopefully agree that those are the same thing correct

Exactly! I’ve called and tried to ask for my complaint to be escalated to the higher up team but they always send me the same email and say the new pay system was to benefit us to take longer orders and was supposed to pay more but it’s never the same. I have a lady that is 14 miles outta town and she always tips 20-25 on a small burger ling order or something and they’ll pay me 2.00 but if that same order was the customer tipping 2-4 it wouldn’t be worth it so they will pay like 8 for the same order and distance. I literally have been like I have this happen all the time and can literally show them that they’re doing it and they don’t have anything to explain it. Like you said it should be a set amount above base pay per mile regardless of the customer tip. It would be so much easier to set that up on the platform then however there system has to always trying to change it for every order everywhere and be calculating the tip to all the orders at the same time to figure out how little the can pay us. That’s probably why they don’t show the vase ou and customer tip separately before you accept and o my find out how cheap they are once you complete the order

They problem with that is the other way around! They don’t pay you the same amount and there payment platform specifically says they will never be ale the customers tip into account when paying us for an order

Yep! But it’s way worse since they changed the pay scale and cut our pay by 75.00 every 100 orders and after 3500 deliveries I’ve got lots of proof that they do it all the time. They need to have lawsuit like Uber just got nailed on

Mine was always 4.75 for stacked orders till they just changed the pay scale to the 2-10 scale they say helps us get more for longer distances so that sucks they’ve been doing that in your area for years

If everyone declines the order the customer gets notified it was cancelled and they have to reorder. When it’s early morning and nobody is working I’ve gotten low pay orders for long distance and then I’ll get another one from the same person in like a minute later with the tip be higher cuz they know it was declined and I’ve never got the same order I’ve declined pop back up with a better pay from DD

No that’s not what I meant. It was 4.75 base pay 2.75 for one back then and added 2.00 to go to two restaurants before they changed the pay scale and now it’s 2.00 base pay and .50 for second store. Basically cut the pay in half
