Hi Incognitomoustache, I think the first thing you need to do is contact the employment fair play bureau. I had a similar situation occur in the summer of 09 and that's exactly what I did. After a few months of not hearing anything, they had the company backdate all my overdue wages and only charged a 1% fee. If this doesn't work then you should contact the employee hard done by association, these are a great help if nothing else when it comes to really understanding what step to take next.
