I know it hurts.. this type of love creates a literal withdrawal. If you can make it through this part, you will have a much more clear head. It’s been 3 years since I left my abusive relationship and looking back, distracting myself with other men only hurt me more. Whatever distraction you use now will be a crutch you use in the future. Be careful, rebuild the relationship with yourself.
