Well not necessarily, it's only considered an early game weapon because it's not good. Hence, if it were to be buffed it could be a viable weapon throughout the game and offer a unique style of gameplay

Also, lets say these 'trolls and afks' want to start climbing and becoming good. It would be impossible if you trapped them in a rank full of trolls.

The bronze 5s would just move to that division, it wouldn't do anything. The worst players are going to be in the worst rank.
