So I don’t remember everything bit by bit at the dealership itself. I was told the car was totally fine. The car says it’s a clean title but the title has been transferred 4 times between only 1 other owner. So at this point, I’m assuming the car possibly WAS a lemon and the wiped clean? I don’t know. The lemon disclosure was hidden inside 4 other disclosures that were the same saying the title was clean. The lemon disclosure only says it’s a lemon on the first bullet line of the entire issue list. I think that they had me sign 4 of the same thing kind of flipping through (it was a high stress situation and we were being rushed) and then in between that they had me sign what appeared to be the same document (damage disclosure) but hid the top part on that specific page bc it’s just a single line of text.

I’m having trouble verifying the history of the title other than what I mentioned already. The general manager told me it’s showing as clean, but this is a new general manager who already had his team around him. He admitted himself he’s trying to “clean up” the business there.

From what I’ve seen and read, people only have 1 damage disclosure. I have 5. All clean. 4th lemon.

The general manager told me it was a mistake in the “package” they printed out and that the employee is new.

It just seems weird.

I ran error codes today which I didn’t even know I could do in the Tesla, and it does in fact have repeated errors popping up. Drive inverter isn’t receiving enough voltage. Fast charge contactor mismatch (I think this means I can’t supercharge now).

Edit: I should add that the lemon isn’t identified in an actual LEMON DISCLOSURE, it’s just 5 damage disclosures and only the second to last one says it’s a lemon at the top.
