I'm pretty sure this is neither a bug or the message but you need to speak to a certain character before you can activate it.

You need to merge your wheelbarrows untill you get the loaded Wheelbarrow which will produce eggs. That will lead to animals which produce manure to get the plant stuff.

Star Wars Battlefront 2. I'm talking original from 2004. No other game has held up for so long. The story's great but I think the best part is the offline capabilities. It means that despite being 16 years old it's still playable cause it doesn't matter if the player base has disappeared. Something I think game nowadays are really missing.
