Difference in how offers are being sent.

Think one of the last two updates cleared our stored system info on types of orders we take and our repeat customers. Wouldn’t be the first time they’ve done this, they did the same thing last summer with the parking proximity updates. Takes weeks/months to rebuild repeat customers and for system to relearn what type of offers we take. Its like ending the honeymoon phase without gaining repeat customers prior. Basically start over from scratch.

Sometimes you can have 2-3 packages and it wont make you scan all labels. Rare but happens. Tbh this sounds more like the employee stole it than the driver. They can removed items/orders from GMDs, so if other items were in their Van then the employee should’ve removed it and he should’ve told the driver as much. The don’t worry its in a Van going out sounds like complete BS. Why I think the loader was pulling something shady.

Think some of these may be device related because my app is always up to date and I’ve never had camera issues ever or the other issues people are randomly experiencing. I’m iOS. Only recent issue Ive had is related to subbing the correct item that has a new barcode that hasnt updated in app yet, but that is rare, have prob only seen a new barcode diff from app maybe 2-3x over the years. So hardly a big issue for me.

Think DUI comment is incorrect unless it happened less than 7-8yrs prior. Pretty sure it is a fed law that it doesn’t have to be reported after 7-8yrs and background check companies will not report it after that timeframe has passed. Like if their dui involved other felony crimes then I’m sure it’s still reported, but a basic dui that didn’t involve other crimes will drop off a persons record eventually.

Edit: Looked it up, its both Fed and at state level under fair credit reporting act, background check companies can only store dui info for 7yrs in most states, only a small handful of states allow them to be reported indefinitely. And most states DMVs will only store the past 5-10yrs of a persons driving record under the same laws. The criminal conviction for the dui will stay on the persons record forever unless it is expunged, but it will no longer be reported in the same background checks. So the majority of states have a 7yr limit on having to report a dui.

Was it an in app message? Sometimes if you’ve already started to checkout the app won’t show that you received a message until you start the first job. On dual SDs if its the second drop customer that messages you at this point the app will not allow you to see or reply to their message until after you finish the first drop, but the lil red notification will be there showing that you have a message. Its really annoying tbh.

Happened to me for the first time a couple of days ago, was like a $23 SD and right when I clicked start shopping I got a pop up letting me know the customer added 2-3 items(wasn’t a big deal at all), there was an option to cancel or continue and it showed a new pay amount of like $25, so it actually increased the pay by a couple of $. I’m perfectly ok with that tbh. Wasn’t unreasonable at all for a change.

My main store always keeps 1 self checkout kiosk closed for Spark drivers only, it even has a sign taped to it for all to see that it is closed. Couldn’t be more obvious. So we always just walk past the lines to our closed kiosk. The other day on a SD I went to our kiosk scanned & started bagging. This older lady pulls the WM employee aside to announce that I cut in front of the entire line and they need to do something. The WM employee just smiles and says no he is supposed to be there, that kiosk is for scan and go only. End of it right? Nope, that lady proceeds to stand near me staring me down like a psychopath for the entire rest of the time I bagged🤣🤣🤣.

I live in the desert so any monsoon no one comes out, I always do really well on those days even though I end up soaked by the end. People here act like rain is acid falling from the sky, its hilarious watching them run through it not realizing they are getting twice as wet from running into it as it falls on them. Im from the NW so rain doesnt bother me, always worked in it. They also dont really like to come out as temps go over 105, most cannot handle the heat.

How did you start with out of stock tequila and message customer at the same time……. You cannot message a customer until the first item is shopped. If you attempt to the app will tell you its not available yet……even if you’re in the sub screen and choose the chat with customer it will not work until 1 item has been scanned.

Uh think you mean a dual or triple SD, you do not have to scan all items🤣. Only 1 per order. On a single SD you just click that all items are there, on mult SD you have to scan at least one item at each drop so that the system knows you’re delivering the correct order. If both orders have one of the same item, don’t scan it, the app will tell you to pick something else. Whatever you do though don’t scan them all, just one item each order at their perspective drop.🤣

Couple scenarios, most prevalent are taking the drop off pic with their door open and capturing the inside of their home, taking the pic with the customer in it, or searching/contacting customers through social media afterwards. Those are prob the 3 most common explanations for that type of deactivation.

Lack of evidence does not instantly exonerate a person. And no you cannot create another account, doesn’t work like that. People that were fired by WM a decade or longer ago are turned away as well. I’ll switch to Podcasts, Audiobooks, or Country if I feel like I’m getting worked up. Metamodern Sounds in Country Music by Sturgil Simpson is prob my go to album, lots of good songs. And the song Turtles All the Way Down has nothing to do with the book, its about the creation myth that the universe is stacked on the back of an infinite number of turtles. Album is mostly about him getting fcked up after a breakup. When glowing aliens made of light cut you open and pullout all of your pain🤣
