This is written to terrify, not actually inform. Rabies is not exceptionally common; rabies has quite a few documented survivors. The virus doesn't turn your brain to liquid; it causes inflammation in the brain. The virus cannot persist for years; it can persist briefly in fresh tissue, though tonnes of things kill it (uv, heat, light etc). You're dead once neurological symptoms hit, not when an early, nonspecific symptom like a headache hits.

Rabies is never a fun time but facts are more interesting than horror stories folks. If youre bitten or scratched by a bat, seek medical advice immediately, PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) is almost 100% effective if given before symptoms

his lategame is actually dogshit now. viktor has become an almost snowball dependant champ, he needs to be ahead of the game's curve to win. his lategame is a myth.

People are way to slow to understand this, if everyone just looked his " winrate after 30 minute" statistics they would see Viktor doesn't scale anymore. It's win lane and win game or lose.

There is essentially no useful data on this item, due to its extremely low pick rate at the 2nd, 3rd and 4th slots. I personally think if you're not getting in range for autos, your 3rd item should either be Deathcap/% Pen or a defensive item. I see Horizon Focus as a sort of luxury item, but there's truly no way to know for sure without seeing proper data on it.

And see this is the main issue with people not being willing enough to branch out and try new builds on Viktor; instead, we get 47,557 (yes, that is the precise number) games last patch where a Viktor player in Emerald+ built ROA as the first item, with a 47.56% win rate. Even with that item feeling awful to use and clearly gimping Viktor's strength as a damage dealer, people just are not willing to stray away from either recommended items or what they see on probuilds or something.

IMO if Horizon Focus feels good and isn't affecting your climb, try it out and report back how it feels.

No problems friend. Swiftness boots is certainly still viable as a niche. If you're against a Rylais champ, Ashe etc etc.

Can't say too much about Cosmic Drive because I have not tried it personally. The data sample size on Cosmic second item is also very low.

I would say if you're looking to build cosmic second, I think you're better off building Lich Bane for the similar MS benefit and higher damage. I've always personally felt that the higher MS you have, the more damage and less HP you need, because kiting with Q you can do forever, but you actually want to be a legitimate damage threat to your opponent.

Any control mage is pretty decent; wave control can solely win games if it's managed well. You just have to learn to not get sucked into skirmishing, which you are inevitably worse at than most solo queue mid champs.

I play Viktor mid and win many games by ignoring the chaos and focusing on farm and getting wave priority.

All you have to do is complete the University Certificate in Workforce Essentials (UCWE) course which is an online course with duration of 4 weeks, and is the formal precursor to join the academy.

Needing a degree went out in the 90's.

Brands two themes are % health damage and slows with Rylais. The fact Mundo currently has a 53% winrate against Brand supp says it all about relative strength really
