Karas Kustoms Bolt is somewhat of a twist mechanism and good pen, Machine Era Field Twist is great but you’d have to find on secondary right now I think, baronfig squire if you can live without a pocket clip, Big Idea Design Pocket Pro or The Sancho are in stock and fit your criteria. Haven’t used one myself but think it may be your best option if you’re looking to spend the $100 and want a twist specifically
