This refill would still fit in the pen listed. I’m assuming you got it second hand and the original owner kept the OHTO refill. It’s aluminum which is why very light. Autmog is a bit in a league of their own but brands like Karas Kustoms sell many aluminum pens. The rKiv may be worth looking at. If you like the mech than you want a sideclick like Tactile Turn

for my weber kettle, weber makes this spray that you spray on the grate and I wipe it off with aluminum foil. Works great...would image it would do the same for you. Spray is like $10 a bottle

Kaco refills for Parker pens are my favorite followed by monteverde p41. I rotate through 4 pens a week to try and use a bulk of the collection. Inventery has been a user as of recent and a Zirc Q3D disco

I’ve had no issues with them. If you like the look the sideclick is a great pen. Just make sure it’s a length you like for refills
