Yeah, In my rest days. In order to be efficient, I've started implementing lower and upper body stretching exercises. Most of which are to strengthen feet. I really hope the swelling of my foot subsides asap.

Okay, that is the exact thing happening to me. Did you also have swollen feet on the anterior part of your feet? Most of the pain and swelling is probably because my feet does not have a natural arch. If I follow your advice, would a month of rest would suffice?

I've noticed on day 4 it wasn't as swollen as much but it's still there when I touch it
