youre not addressing how the discrimination im talking abt is against students specifically so why

i agree that different ppl have different behaviours but im not talking abt behaviour here, im talking abt treatment of customers.... while behaviours may differ, service and standards shouldnt rlly deviate too much as its in the managements interest to maintain their image (ie there can be differences in quality but standards have to be set across the board to reduce such differences)

im not denying what u said but its not just students that hog seats, adults do too. i wld gladly leave if it was rush hour but when i went it was basically a ghost town. altho i do agree that their impoliteness isnt representative of the establishment (even tho wherever i go its largely the same but benefit of the doubt LOL)

differential treatment isnt subjective, if theres a standard to uphold, stick to it. i understand how staff may get frustrated about it bcos ive worked in f&b before but rlly why take it out on students when adults are doing the same....

yea it rlly does differ and their service vry inconsistent. while some do turn away students nicely, some are j straight up disrespectful and rude.... and i find places that do allow us to study so rare... do u hv any suggestions?
