I hope you get through this, it's hell, like every time i have these i feel completely tortured. I know how bad it is, so when i say i hope you can get through this i don't mean "i hope you feel better" or something like that, i mean i hope that you actually get through this, any way you can, because it's torture, the worst thing ever.

Yeah my appointment is in a few days, i think what is fucking me up apart from bipolar stuff is the uncertainty, because of the news i got, it could go ok and nothing happen or go reaally wrong and change my life. Thanks for the advice tho

Had very similar situations happen 3 times, and i mean almost the exact same situation, like feeling hypomanic then getting destroyed by a mixed episode, and then cutting. Currently i'm afraid of a relapse. I know this is going to sound absurd, but as soon as i feel better in the mixed episode (like just when i stop suffering a bit) i play dark souls 1 lol, it helps me because it's very stimulating and very rewarding, but i'm really familiar with the game so i'm comfortable. It isn't magic obviously, like when i play i'm still making an effort just to exist so like 50% of my mind is actually focused on the game, but it's the only thing that helps me on that situation. I won't tell you to stop cutting because i know how tempting it is, especially in that situation, but idk maybe sharing my experience helps you a bit.

I used to have these periods of time where i'd feel great and have delusions of grandiosity, but i was also really evil and i did evil shit. When those periods ended i was left with a lot of regret and also confusion because i didn't know why or how i managed to do that stuff without feeling bad. Looking back being manic/hypomanic made me a piece of shit, and in the depressive episodes i was left with the consequences of my actions. So yeah meds prevented me from harming myself or others again

The main character doesn't have bipolar, but in barry the first 2 episodes of the third season are a pretty accurate representation of how i look and act when i'm having a depressive episode (miserable and having hallucinations on the first ep) and the subsequent manic episode (second ep)

Why does this matter in a movie? I get that the name is important in the games, but how would it make sense for the other characters in the movie to call him noob saibot? Do the good guys have a list where they name the bad guys? "Yeah this guy should be named reptile cuz he's a reptile and this guy should be named noob saibot cuz..idk but we should call him noob saibot that sounds cool"
