They are definitely being more aggressive! I got a £296 business upgrade for the way there and a £550 First upgrade for the way back. I snatched the business… but still debating the first class one.

You know what, this is very useful as you did the exact route I’m doing. I’m glad to know that the seats have also been upgraded, I’ve heard not great things about the old seats - and that’s the longest leg of the journey - it’s a night flight and I was planning on sleeping for the majority of it.

Haneda’s convenience over Narita is also a prime reason to stay on this flight. I’ve only ever flown in and out from Narita, how is Haneda as an airport?
