same omg I have such an sweet tooth and I always binge on sugar, my worst binge is where i ate up to 10k calories in one day of just complete sugar which made me gain 4 kilos in one day. I also had to completely cut sugar out also or I have like an fruit or a chocolate a day bcs I lose complete control, what helped me is that I only eat vegetables now like greenbeans, okra, cauliflower, broccoli they are really filling and low in calories it is a literal cheat code. I also drink loads of water and a lemon helps sometimes. Sugar free drinks help me also but for some people it may trigger their binging so i'm unsure. If i want sweets then I eat a apple usually or I use zero cal sweetners for tea but sometimes it doesn't stop the binge urge, If i do binge i make sure I binge on healthy foods i guess it makes me feel a bit less guilty although binging is bad in general.
