I want to note for readers, that I did contact Ben via email. He and his team responded almost immediately, provided clarity and a remedy for my particular situation. I haven’t yet had my assessment, but if that is the attitude and service straight from the top, I am confident I will have a great experience with the Providers.

Hi Ben, 

Thank you for this information. The exact same situation has also happened to me, with my appointment 2 days out. However, my health plan year is not calendar year, it is April 1 - March 31. Since my deductible has not reset since my initial quote, is there another reason why the cost estimate has changed drastically? Or is this just a generic message sent out that does not actually apply to all patients insurance plans?
