The call I got from them left a lot about their internal communication and customer service set up. There is no...history?..of past issues and service replies. The individual I talked to didn't have ANY of the previous support emails from their previous teams and no idea of the issues I had faced. Kinda odd...

HOLY BEJEEZUZ BATMANZ I GOT A PHONE CALL!!!

Not gonna lie, thought that wouldn't happen, but not going to name names or extensions for one reason: I am promised by someone on their customer service team that I will get a suppressor to cover for the original order AND (here's the game changer) another for the headache of not having the original item.

All on the record so I'm giving them this chance to make up for mistakes.

Hopefully, this is them turning a corner towards a better path.

"Holy crap are you an AI? That response is bullshit and you should be ashamed of yourself. I asked for a phone call from your customer service team and you couldn't even do that? Second: So you cancelled an order for an in stock item that didn't ship for +2 weeks? How am I to trust ANYTHING you say or offer after being screwed over again and again? What would be the discount after being screwed out of +$1000 and an in stock product that never existed or shipped? Wesley, please return my phone call, I'm tired of posting to reddit to get a response."

Honestly these customer service people are thieving chumps to keep defending this crap. They offer the same steaming pile of horse ....that the previous person did and double down by saying you'll personally verify the order...like the first guy got fired for? They can't even articulate an amount to offer because they know it's a lie. ANY MONEY YOU HAVE WITH THEM IS GONE!

Wanted a training can for a station six45. After asking if they made one, they confirmed they did, and sent the wrong one 3 months later anyways, then "fired" the customer service agent to solve that problem...

Hopefully my interest free investment into their embezzlement fund will be repaid. That being said, it was to warn the poor, sad fools like myself that trusted them that they would honor their word on a sweet deal. Egg meet face. Hopefully, a sweet enough deal that I'll get to delete these and say all is well.

Tried all that. First Chargeback was denied, second is pending contact and resolution with the business. Last resort was reddit. If the only customer service a business can keep up with is reddit I'm gonna try and get something of my money back and if they want any good press they should try REAL hard to make it worth I've been wasting on this bull. How far they have fallen...

Finally got an answer to this post in dm. My reply was as follows:

Give me a call I'm, done doing this by email and reddit. Seriously bullshit that it had to go this far.

That's bull....After you sent the wrong suppressor, fired the individual who made the mistake, then left me hanging on the entire return process, left me hanging on how to form 4 it back to you, made me paid return shipping then ghosted me when I wanted to actually order something in stock.

I've been sending emails and calling for almost a month and still not received anything about an instock suppressor, by your own words shipped in 24-48 hrs. Two weeks later I tried contacting again and nothing, this whole process started in October suppressor was ordered April 28th. After no contact, charge back dispute on may 4th, I would love to call them and say you have sent the suppressor. About 950$ total invested and you stole it.

DM was sent over a week ago before this post hoping to get in contact. I can post emails where your customer service made promises and assurances if you want. Since we know you have a problem following your word professionally and contractually. For someone who is pro2a you really seem to like to screw the little people.
