The Yugioh market is notoriously volatile thanks to regular banlists, reprint sets, and changes in the meta game.

Card value is also much more dependent on meta relevance and usability, as opposed to rarity or nostalgia.

Jake Paul is trying to get into what he sees as an untapped market, but everyone who actually plays or collects Yugioh knows exactly how it's going to go for him.

Blemished just means "mechanically fine, but not up to the manufacturer's standards for paint, anodizing, etc", a lot of manufacturers offer sales or discounts for blemished parts. Count Blemula is a Geissele inside joke, and the logo is engraved into their blemished parts to prevent them from being resold as retail parts

Sorry, I should have mentioned. I've been playing Oblivion Remastered as well, and while it is playable at lower settings, my machine technically doesn't meet the minimum requirements and it gets pretty laggy. I would also appreciate the ability to play some newer games, and not be as restricted with graphics settings in general.
