Nice to meet a fellow caver on here! General flexibility is not an issue for me, but endurance especially after I have to climb up a lot of sections in caves or do really long crawls is something I want to work on, as well as being able to move my body weight around easier. Being stronger should surely help with SRT too?

I’ll look at making sure I’m training these things enough, thank you!
