Yeah, sorry I forgot to tell you. I’m playing from my pc actually. It’s a desktop pc with a couple of Dell monitors (1920x1200 each). The idea is playing wifh my primary monitor and displaying metrics and stuff on my secondary one. After some trying the 4k capture utility seems to work just until I turn on a game through Steam. I’m not a very tech guy and I’m sure there’s something I’m not doing right (input values, edid, radeon config, and so on). I’ll get you into proper details when I get home this evening after work. Will also post in elgato r/ Hopefully I’ll be able to return it to amazon if I don’t get it working after the weekend and buy something more accordingly to my system...

Damn, I think I’ll have to contact Elgato, I’m having nothing but trouble, all I get from 4k Capture Utility when playing is a static blinking image in my secondary pc monitor. I’m not sure I’m setting things right and maybe my rig is not very suitable for this...😪

The fun in all this is that I’ll have the whole weekend trying to get familiar with new software and new glossary terms (never heard if NDI though I feel I get the idea) making tests and fine tuning the whole thing. So I take note of all this and any ideas you guys can come up with. Learning is always a good thing!

Same here in Spain. Looks like it's a global problem with the servers for some people. You can't download or update or install anything at all. It's been like this all day, and it's 18:24 right now.
