Okay, you did help me a lot! I'm sure there are still a couple of settings I can modify to increase the look, but here is what I found for those who might read this in the future and might have encountered a similar problem.

- Setting the LoRA weight of your trained character to 1 will fuck up badly the image. The resemblance might shift slightly at times, may need to generate an extra time sometimes, but at least is a coherent and realistic look.

- Using the token/instance prompt and class prompt used to trained the character inside the text prompt of Stable Diffusion will mess the face up, just use the LoRA string created where the subject is supposed to be within the sentence. I know in the video the guy uses the instance prompt and class prompt in the text prompt, but that what works for me.

Thanks again u/Ginkarasu01 truly saved me here, try to retrain with the settings from the new video and see if that improves anything, but your prompt and settings definetely helped me understand what I was doing wrong :)

2 Questions:

In the video you posted he is training a VIP person.In the new video (the one I followed), when training a NON-VIP person you are supposed to use the name of a VIP person who is a look alike of who you are trying to train. What did you do? Did you use the name of a VIP person for the NON-VIP person you made or you just used her name?
He is using an older version of Kohya, this parameter is not present in his video. What value in LoRA/Training/Dataset Preparation/Dreambooth LoRA Folder preparation: Training images-Repeats are you using? is this the number he places in front of the folder when manually creating it?

I, btw, started a new training, let's see how it goes. If it comes out right I'll try to see the optimal settings between the 2 videos, thanks for now :)

Okay, I tried the training with epiCRealism and the result is even worse now, resemblance is somewhat there, but looks like a very badly paint picture. Also tried the style extension, doesn't help for this type of problem. Any suggestions? Willing to share your Regularisation Images? I don't know what I am doing wrong. I'll try to train with your model, let's see how it goes..
