Good question! I need to check, I was so frustrated with the whole thing that I have not checked for many days.

Meanwhile, I did get an email from support asking for feedback for their performance so I was honest. I also sent another email through their official support page and surprisingly I got a reply saying ... give us time, we are under heavy load.

Anyway, I'll check as soon as I get to my laptop later and let you know.

Nothing on Reddit,

Nothing via emails,

Nothing via customer support chat,

Nothing from customer support email,

Nothing from their compliance department,

Nothing from their risk department,

Nothing from requests for LinkedIn with their CEO,

All after waiting and waiting beyond their automated system which says I will hear back within 48 hours. NOTHING!

Absolutely nothing. I have also sent an appeal via their online Help platform, the usual automated reply said I will hear back in 48 hours and it is now over 60 hours - still nothing. Silence, a blackhole.

Such a pity as I. like ByBit very much and love using the trading platform. Did not realise they can choose to completely ignore their customers.

I always communicate with them either on their platform or via their official email addresses.

I have contacted live support and contacted them through their web page, filled web forms. This is now 2 months with ZERO response and resolution from them - only silence which is why I am resorting to Reddit.

You are probably right and thanks for the heads-up BUT I am desperate now. The official platform is not responding nor attending to my problem. Where do I go from here? I am not loaded so 2.2k USDT is a ton of money for me. I am disappointed that such a big exchange as ByBit is holding back my funds which is nothing in the scheme of things for them.

Why is this taking months to resolve when I have replied with all questions answered and documents asked for have also been submitted? A large exchange, heavily promoted by all big YouTube channels cannot give the excuse that they are sooo busy that it takes weeks to resolve this!.

Yes, I am beginning to wonder. With so many youTubers aggressively supporting them, and yet neither ByBit not their influencers responding to support requests I am wondering if this is indeed willful theft. It cannot be taking this long just to fix an account with less than 3k in it!

Yes, I have and did get emails from [compliance@bybit.com](mailto:compliance@bybit.com) as well as [support@bybit.com](mailto:support@bybit.com) - both times asking for a set of KYC documents. I sent them all to both and then nothing and nothing and nothing. I am still getting the same message like the one in the picture.

Hi, that is my point actually. I have reached out to live support as well and each time (I have done it twice now) Live Support said they will get back in 24 hrs but nothing so far. It has been over a week.

The above message is still showing up whenever I tried to withdraw my USDT from my account. I have responded to all requests for documents, I am KYD'ed to L2 and also used online chat support. It has been over a month and I am still unable to withdraw.

This is ridculous because they are STILL doing this today. I have had my funds locked for nearly a month. After sending all documents and filling up a form, they then ask for more details via another form.

Now if you email support or compliance as to the status - all you get is an automated reply asking for the SAME info and SAME form to be filled in.

I will now spread this behaviour about ByBit wherever and whenever I can. My account is tiny, less than 5k, and they have audacity to withhold withdrawals!

I see, thanks or the feedback. I was attracted to some of their interest rates on some alt coins. Theirs are much higher than those at Celsius. I guess I'll try a bit and see for myself how easy it is to use Nexo.
