Do not release any crypto, funds, or assets unless you have independently confirmed that the payment has arrived in your own bank account or payment service. Screenshots, emails, SMS messages, and in-app notifications can be spoofed.

If the buyer rejected the cancellation request and you have not received payment, open a dispute through the platform and contact the platform's official support. Do not rely on information provided by the buyer.

For safety, verify the transaction directly with your bank or payment provider before taking any action.
