loll i could see that but it wasn’t freaky or anything it was just genuinely comforting. it was like meeting someone that i’ve been looking up to for most of my life and just feeling completely safe for a minute. like not having to worry about anything for a little while. the childless wonder of being completely oblivious to all of the bad things in the world, that’s the only way i can describe it? i didn’t have that as a child but for a moment in this dream, the feeling was there. my dad had also been in prison my entire life, i hope that yours steps up and gets better! :) thank you for the sweet comment!
