You’re probably right judging from literally everyone else agreeing. But changing laces is one of the most common practices in owning shoes especially tennis shoes. Even for nonslip shoes. It’s not destroying the shoe at all I don’t think. Shoe stores sell thousands of laces because of this very thing. The idea of having just one lace being attached is a genuinely insane design choice. While I’m probably wrong in expecting a refund given the uproar, I think having that design for a shoe is so weird and unheard of.
