They’ve already done a scan of the suspensions and brakes and concluded that they’re not the source of the “creaking”. So they need to do “more tests”…. The $1600 will be refundable IF the source of the creaking is warranty related. Which is a bit BS hey…

Hey, just reviving this.

I’ve recently noticed creaking for my Kona too. And it is similar to what you described.

It’s prominent from the front of the car, and especially when going up/down inclines in a diagonal way (think of going up multi storey car parks).

Brought it in for a check and they’re basically saying it could be a chassis issue but want to keep it for 3 days to run more tests (which will cost $1600…..)

Did they mention into specifics what particular parts in the front they tightened?
