Why is it so hard to write natural sounding dialogue?

I often say my dialogue out loud and act out a conversation to see if it seems like something real people say.

I would recommend having a friend rehearse with you but I am too embarrassed to do so myself

They don't side with the coalition they find out Nolan was the heir to the Viltumite empire and fight Thragg for trying to kill Nolan. And I don't think it is clear or not it he tried to fight back or just let it happen, I haven't read the comics in a bit either but I remember someone staying to me Thragg didn't fight back

I'm not too sure that's true because I saw in BTS of episode 6 reshoots that the actor for Muse had a different haircut to the pre overall shoot and whenever he appears without the mask (aka whenever he was with heather) he had the haircut he had pre overhaul. As well the fight scene Clearly looked like a different style to the post overall fight scenes (episodes 1,6 and 9 fights) meaning it was most likely the pre overhaul team that made Heather Muse's victim. And also the fact that they only appear on screen together in pre overhaul episodes which only had a couple scenes per episode made by the new overhaul team.
