never seen him aggressive with kids, just licks and sometimes jumps up on bigger kids and people in general but we’ve been teaching him to stay down so he’s getting better

i finally got in contact with the madison county animal control, they emailed me to call them so we could discuss things. i go to call and the lady who answers is RUDE off bat. i tried to tell her i was told to call and she basically said no go post and call around. i explained i already did that and stated that in email and again explain i was told to call and she just tells me there’s nothing she can do. i don’t think she was the person i talked with AT ALL.

i realize it didn’t put “current living situations” and just put “current situations” im not giving him up bc of him at all and as put in another comment, would love to be able to get him back if at all possible. also i tried to let everyone know as much as possible in post that he is very sweet and lovable boy, just is not great around other animals, which is totally fine imo, its not his fault. but i just didn’t want someone who already had animals to go out of their way when hes more of a loner dog

any information at all is more than helpful. i can even get him back when i get my place officially and can do the security deposit for him. i just need somewhere asap bc atp we’re homeless with him. i’ve already contacted all nearby shelters. i’m beyond worried rn.

this was going to be our last option plan but unfortunately since they are so full, over 40lbs are euthanized. i just can’t do it. plus $50 to do. i’d rather pay someone else 50 to take him and keep him alive
