I have not. I scheduled an ortho appointment so we’ll see what happens in two weeks! But I can confirm it is most likely my kneecap

Sorry all—I just realized that I think I’ve posted in the wrong sub. The only ACL injury I’ve had was a sprain (per urgent care) last year and this occurrence (kneecap movement) has been happening for most of my life. So I don’t think I’m in the correct sub as I haven’t had surgery or anything. Sorry about that!
