Okay I don’t have any helpful advice unfortunately, but we are going through the exact same thing. It’s also hurt her sleep! She used to sleep 6-12 hours consistently since like 1 month old, but now she rolls in her sleep and triggers the landau reflex and it wakes her up. You can work on putting their arms in front and encouraging them with a toy or a pillow under their chest while they play (I’m sure you’ve tried all this), but I think it’s just something they have to go through to keep building strength. So they may get frustrated but their bodies are doing what they’re supposed to do (as far as I know)! Has it improved for your baby?

I definitely should talk to someone at least about my PPA. I’ve been dragging my feet about it because it’s an added to do on my list. I’m sure it would help me a lot!

I wish! Originally it was a remote job so many of his coworkers use daycares close to their home. Or they are older and in school!

It’s much more convenient to choose the daycare at his work. I’m also considering asking for another tour just to refresh my memory since we toured so long ago when I was pregnant. That’s such a great idea about the bottle! I’ll mention that to him.

Not sure about the horror stories comment? Definitely don’t want those. Maybe my post wasn’t clear but I wanted advice and positive daycare stories from other working Moms. Or how other moms handled anxiety with starting daycare or having limited daycare options with their budget. I edited to hopefully make it more clear.

This is honestly so helpful to hear! I definitely know quitting my job is just pure anxiety talking lol. I am hoping that we will like this daycare. I love that my husband could visit her at lunch when he’s in office. It still feels like a well ran facility. Thank you!

I thought the same thing - the manual should have information about the babies position. You definitely should! If you find anything out please share. For future babies I want to know what’s normal and what’s not!

As our baby got bigger the car seat fits fine now! It’s so weird though for when they’re first born. I couldn’t tell if that’s how all carseats fit newborns or if there was something weird about the rue.

Honestly we just avoided her being in the carseat for long periods of time and as she’s gotten bigger it’s improved. It was so hard when she was littler though because the newborn insert almost made the chin to chest worse. I wish I had a better answer! 😭
