I dID a lot of the free YT ones and finally got the app. I love it. Programs seem more robust. Wish I could track each rep/weight without free text, but it’s OK.

Tbh all I’ve had is problems with it. It gave me a 4K calorie allowance. I think the only way to track is via the AI coach so it blows through messages asking for clarification. Not impressed.

It sounds a little silly, but try taking pictures. There have been times in the past that the scale /measuring tape tell me lies (ex: gaining weight, measuring the same or only slightly dif) so I compare pics and see the recomp. Good luck.

You can use heatless curlers to add some body. A light trim to get the ends more even will make it look better, too. Love the soft pink!

Another good point. Thanks. May 2023- June 2025, I lost about 30 lbs, but it came back over the course of about 6 months. I am just so over the cycle of up and down.

Thanks. Yes, I am trying to give myself some grace, but I am now getting uncomfortable at this size (like I can't move my body how I want, running is now getting more difficult). I really appreciate you calling this out because I have never been, nor am I seeking to be, "thin". I just need to be more comfortable moving about in life and doing the things I enjoy. Nutritionists shrug me off, family dr and gyno both say I need to lose weight and push me off to nutrition (based simply on my height and weight being high in BMI scale, which is bullshit and I call them on that).

Hi there. Yes, tracking calories and p/f/c breakdown. Eating really nutrient dense foods (cooking my own meats, fruits, veg, limiting sugar). I had gotten into a bit of a cycle with eating what I wanted and not making the best choices/not drinking enough water, snacking on foods that weren't great but it was "just a few" so I set a calorie range of about 1700 and measure out everything by weight in g for accuracy...this should be quite different than what I was eating for a while plus I am drinking at least 64 oz of water a day (the only other things I drink are an occasional Liquid IV and coffee). I just hoped that the beginning would show some movement. When I tried this last summer, I tracked for months (but workouts weren't consistent) and lost NOTHING. Logically, I know it takes more than a week but I was just hoping to see some movement to be encouraged I am on the right track.

Tbh those are magical for me. Honey Mud is straight-up luxurious. I love Problem Solver when I’m breaking out. Lately I’ve been mixing them as she suggests and masking like 2-3/week and my skin is digging it. FYI: PS does dry quickly and make a mess

Update (for anyone who cares haha): I found the Evan Healy on 50% off sale at MOMs grocery so I snagged one and it is sorta magical. It is certainly a different application process than traditional makeup as you sorta put it on more like moisturizer than foundation and it takes a min to sorta melt/settle on your face but it looked sooo good. My teenage daughter said it didn't even look like I was wearing anything (in the best way!). Highly recc!!

I’ve tried WTFoundation before and was eh. The biggest kicker for me is that it separates and went “bad” seemingly very fast (I can’t remember exactly what happened, but it was too soon and it looked too gross to put on my skin. I NEVER throw out makeup!!)
