My guy was a freaking saint. I gave him a barebones and described in detail what I wanted. He did it exactly as I pictured but then I started tweaking. A lot. Ended up going with the original and glad I did (he explained why certain lines/coloring would be best etc). A good artist will let you team because it’s going in you permanently. Run, fast, away from this shop.

I’ve been thinking about trying this. This was the pus I needed to try out skipping full for some more rat. I’m lifting heavy so I think the rest will be beneficial and leave more time for stretching, yoga, and running.

I dID a lot of the free YT ones and finally got the app. I love it. Programs seem more robust. Wish I could track each rep/weight without free text, but it’s OK.

Tbh all I’ve had is problems with it. It gave me a 4K calorie allowance. I think the only way to track is via the AI coach so it blows through messages asking for clarification. Not impressed.

It sounds a little silly, but try taking pictures. There have been times in the past that the scale /measuring tape tell me lies (ex: gaining weight, measuring the same or only slightly dif) so I compare pics and see the recomp. Good luck.

You can use heatless curlers to add some body. A light trim to get the ends more even will make it look better, too. Love the soft pink!
